The correct use of interdental brushes

  • If you are unable to insert the interdental brush into the space between your teeth, the brush may be too big. Use a smaller brush.
  • In the next step, move the brush back and forth seven times and repeat the cleaning process from the other side.
  • Remove any food residue or plaque from the brush with water.
  • Clean one interdental space at a time.
  • When you're done, simply rinse the brush and let it dry thoroughly.
